Fully fitted kitchen with built in fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven etc and kitchen table with seating for 5 people.
King size bedded room with bed side tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, clock radio with a view to die for. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore and the pebbles rattling over each other, back and fore!
Twin bedded room with feature fireplace. Also bed side tables, wardrobe, drawers and clock radio. Again that wonderful view and the sounds of the sea!
Single bedroom / sitting area with door out to terrace with second tv and stereo. At the back of the cottage, this room is incredibly peaceful and quiet.
Modern bathroom with bath, toilet, wash hand basin and separate power shower.
Plenty of extra storage space, sink, washing machine and tumble drier and back door access.
This is usually possible immediately outside the house – tho’ we recommend not parking in front of the windows, as you didn’t come to admire your car….
Enclosed elevated garden terrace with rockery area, garden furniture and summer house, ideal for outdoor entertaining and barbeques. (please do not leave young children unattended in the garden, as, although enclosed, there are steep drops to one side).
There is also a rockery, to the side of the house, with a bench to make the most of the morning sunshine, ideal for that cup of coffee and watching the world go by.
The cottage is WIFI enabled.
Prices range from £400 per week in the off season through to £800 per week in the high summer, and are inclusive of all heating, electricity, linen, towels and a welcome pack with the necessities for a cup of tea or coffee and that first cooked breakfast. Dogs are welcome, at a supplement of £10 per dog, but we do ask that they are kept out of the bedrooms and off the furniture.
During quieter periods, we will consider short breaks (minimum 3 nights) and a flexible changeover day.
