You enter the cottage via the hallway, with the staircase to the first floor and a downstairs toilet. To the right you’ll enter the spacious dining room, with it’s feature inglenook fireplace and ‘wood effect’ gas burning stove, which keeps the room warm and welcoming even on the coldest of winter nights. The open plan galley kitchen has lovely views of Lossiemouth towards the harbour, especially when the ‘esplanade’ is lit up at night. To the left off the hallway is the lounge, with a comfortable corner settee and a second inglenook fireplace, this time with a gas ‘coal effect’ burning stove. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a king size double bed and one with twin beds and the bathroom.

Prices
Prices range from £385 per week in the off peak winter months to £750 per week in the high summer. There is a supplement of £10 per dog, should you wish to bring one (or two!), but we do ask that they are kept out of the bedrooms and not allowed on the furniture. The price includes all linen, towels, heating, electricity and a welcome pack with the basic necessities for that first cooked breakfast.
